Booking  process

Let us begin:

We pride ourselves in providing a stressless journey to the altar. 

The first thing to do is to get all of the details of your wedding. Like every couple, every wedding is unique.  A phone call, email exchange or texting will help us understand your needs, budget and overall vision of your awesome day. So lets break the ice. 

Communication:

It’s all about the little things. Getting to know your theme, and overall big picture of your wedding is super important to us. We want to set the mood at the start of the ceremony. We will help you coordinate the timeline, music for cocktail hour and your grand introductions at your reception. There is a lot to talk about so let’s chat. You can schedule a call or text exchange at 813-817-3649 at anytime.

Booking:

Once we have decided that we are a great fit, we will need for you to sign a contract. This will secure your talent for your event. A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your talent and services. 

Deposits are non-refundable and can be used for a future event if there is a cancellation or postponement. 

Talent:

Our high in demand talent is sought after throughout the country. Securing the right DJ for your wedding is one of the most important decisions you can make. If you feel comfortable with your DJ/Event Host grab them quickly!  

Planning:

We make it easy. Let’s get on with the planning. Our 24hr online planning portal is designed to help you every step of the way. You will receive a secure username and password to access the user friendly tools. We are always a phone call away if you have any questions or concerns. 

Once you have entered all of the details into the portal we will schedule a final meeting.

Finally: 

Thirty days before your wedding we will have our final meeting. We will use the information you have added to the online portal. The details including the timeline, first dance, speeches and music request will all be covered. If you have a wedding planner we would love to share the information with them. 

Celebration:

We begin to execute all of the hard work in planning for the big day. We show up no later than 2 1/2 hours before our start time. This will insure enough time to set up before the first guest arrives. We will insure music is played before the ceremony starts. As we transition into cocktail hour music of your choice will be in the background. The main reception room will be ready as guest arrive and await to be seated.
